This is chart based on the Mutable, Cardinal, and Fixed categories of the zodiac signs, and seems a little off.

The Fixed signs, made up of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius, are known for their will to maintain and stabilize. They should match with the Stationary Guard.

The Cardinal signs, made up of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn, tend to be full of ambition and drive and most often make for great leaders. They are best suited for the Military Police.
